Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee a crew of 2+ in landscape enhancement and maintenance, providing hands-on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control while upholding client standards and driving efficiencies.

Role requires CDL, landscape experience, and strong leadership. You will lead safety training, drive vehicles, manage schedules, and review reports for operational success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to work well with others.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
