Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a crew of 2 or more, providing hands-on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control. You will ensure client standards are met while identifying operational efficiencies.

You will inspect sites, train crew members on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports, driving vehicles as needed. A CDL and 2+ years of leadership in landscaping are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to work well with others.
• Reliable transportation.
