Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a 2+ member crew, providing hands-on leadership on soil, planting, watering, and insect control. This role ensures that client standards are consistently met, while identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.

You will drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports. A CDL with a good record is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good record required.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Able to read architectural drawings and operate equipment.
