Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned laborers and ensure compliance with work orders, policies, and assignments.
• Prepare crew for daily tasks including trucks, equipment, tools and materials.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading and driving of trucks and proper storage of equipment.
• Motivate crew, maintain morale, and ensure timely, cost-effective completion of tasks.
• Review progress with supervisors and report safety hazards or personnel issues.
• Maintain clean job sites and comply with OSHA standards.
