Job summary

Texscape Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Landscape Crew Supervisor to lead maintenance crews and uphold our high standards.

You will conduct safety meetings, oversee daily inspections, and ensure timely completion of field tasks, while communicating with the site supervisor. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of crew supervision, a valid driver's license, and a solid knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Supervisor experience; 3+ year managing crews.
• Ability to pass TCA's driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to meet TCA guidelines for driver eligibility

Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
• Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
• Complete daily paperwork including timesheets, mileage, and billing sheets.
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties (pruning, planting, mowing).
• Initiate repair of malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisor on crew, equipment, and job-related concerns.
