Job summary

Environmental Designs is seeking a hands-on Landscape Supervisor to lead crews in maintenance and construction projects across our regions. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and contract requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of landscape practices, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Local travel and valid driving may be required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• 3+ years of supervisor experience managing crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of workers in landscape construction and maintenance.
• Monitor project activities to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Ensure safety and standard operating procedures.
• Schedule work for crews based on priorities and resources.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specs and contracts.
• Train and coach laborers in consistent techniques and assist as needed.
