Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a small crew. You will lead soil preparation, planting, watering, and insect control while upholding client standards and improving efficiency. Prior supervisory experience and a valid CDL are required.

You will drive company vehicles, train teammates on safety, manage schedules, and review reports to ensure quality work in outdoor conditions year-round.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience
• Minimum 1 year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew
• CDL with good record
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Experience reading architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and teamwork
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
