Job summary

Clippers Landscaping is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a field crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery of quality landscape projects. The role includes training crew members, planning and directing work, and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Candidate should have at least two years of landscape maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred to support diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Technician and/or Applicator license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work with management and follow job specifications with materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects on time.
• Ensure obligations are fulfilled in line with horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance per company policy.
• Inspect job sites weekly and manage punch lists from the manager.
• Communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.
