Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a landscape maintenance crew on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. You will train crew members, plan and direct activities, and coordinate with management to meet timelines and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and a background in landscape maintenance; CDL and medical card are preferred.

Qualifications

• : Minimum of two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• : High school diploma or GED required.
• : General knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices.
• : CDL and Medical Card are helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to create schedules and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensures contractual obligations are fulfilled in line with proper horticultural practices.
• Maintains equipment preventative maintenance program and safety guidelines.
• Inspects each job site weekly and manages punch lists as directed by the manager.
• Communicates with onsite clients and addresses requests to ensure client satisfaction.
