Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to directly supervise a crew on job sites, ensuring safe, efficient work and timely delivery of quality projects. You will develop and train crew members, plan and direct work, and manage materials and equipment while addressing customer issues.

The role reports to the Operations Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, frontline supervision experience in outdoor maintenance, and the ability to coordinate schedules with management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train others and exercise leadership skills.
• Proficient communication in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work with management to create schedules and follow job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet timelines and specifications.
• Manage materials and equipment, and address client questions promptly.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow company safety guidelines.
• Inspect sites weekly and manage punch lists and quality.
