Job summary

The Crew Leader at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC supervises a crew on the job site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects. You will plan, assign, and direct work, while coordinating with management and addressing client needs.

You will train team members, maintain equipment, and uphold safety guidelines, with opportunities to improve processes and efficiency on diverse landscape duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• English communication required; Spanish preferred for bilingual support.
• Ability to train others and lead a team on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on the job site and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop schedules, assign work, and monitor timelines with management.
• Train crew members and maintain equipment and materials.
• Address customer issues and ensure on-time, quality completion.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow company safety guidelines.
