Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a field crew, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects. You will train staff, plan work, manage equipment, and liaise with clients while reporting to Operations Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable performance, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications.
• Supervise, lead, and train crew to meet timelines and quality.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect sites weekly and manage punch lists.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with onsite clients per plan and address requests.
• Keep management informed of client concerns and site status.
• Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
