Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape or grounds crews with on-site supervision.
• Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting.
• Irrigation and water management knowledge including basic repairs.
• Ability to read work orders, site plans, and schedules and communicate with clients and crew.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Hayward area.
• Bay Area market experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bilingual is an advantage.
