Job summary

Bauman Landscape and Construction is seeking an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Foreman to lead a field crew, ensure safe and high-quality work, and coordinate daily activities in Northern California. You will work hands-on with the team on irrigation and landscape tasks, maintain equipment, uphold Bauman's standards, and communicate clearly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional landscape & irrigation experience.
At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a landscape crew.
Strong knowledge of irrigation, controllers, programming, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct a landscape crew in the field.
Plan daily activities, assign work, and keep the crew on schedule.
Work alongside the team performing landscape and irrigation tasks as required.
Oversee planting, pruning, irrigation, turf care, and hardscape during plant establishment period.
Inspect completed work and ensure Bauman's quality standards are met.
Monitor productivity and help the crew complete work efficiently and within budget.
Enforce safe work practices and company safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients and address routine service requests.
Train and support crew members as they develop their skills.
Ensure trucks, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
