Oxbow Pool & Landscape Contractors in Napa, CA seeks a Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee all landscape construction projects in the Peninsula, South Bay, and Bay Area regions. The role ensures safe, timely, and high-quality executions of site work, pools, and outdoor amenities.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits and a local candidate preference. Experience in landscape construction and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Landscape Construction or construction management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to meet requirements and budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee site prep, excavation, pool installation, landscaping, and outdoor amenities.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety, quality, and progress.
• Communicate with project managers, team members, and clients with timely updates.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and motivate the crew.
