Job summary

Oxbow Pool and Landscape Contractors seeks a Landscape Construction Superintendent to lead all phases of projects across the Peninsula and South Bay. You will supervise field and office teams, coordinate with clients and designers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Requirements include 5+ years in landscape construction or construction management, a CA driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Landscape Construction or construction management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specs meeting client requirements and budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee all construction aspects including site prep, excavation, pool installation, landscaping, and outdoor amenities.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
