At Oxbow Pool and Landscape Contractors, our Project Managers lead and oversee our residential landscape construction projects, working with internal and external teams and clients to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $90,000 per year, paid weekly. BOE
Compensation based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's (Strongly Preferred) or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Language: English (Required) and Spanish (preferred)
Work Location: In person at the office in Napa with occasional site visits in Napa, Sonoma, and Marin counties.
Typical Working Conditions: Work is performed both in office and outdoor environments; some exposure to varying temperatures; exposure to dust, steam, controlled and hazardous substances, pesticides, herbicides, gases and chemicals; working around electrical current, and moving machinery parts; regular contact with staff and the public
Equipment Used: Frequent use of company car, cell phone, copier and printer, standard office electronics and laptop.
Essential Physical Tasks: Frequently sit for extended periods; stand and walk or crouch on uneven surfaces and may occasionally be required to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects, office equipment, plants, or tools ; physical ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication;
