Job summary

Oxbow Pool and Landscape Contractors in Napa, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead residential landscape construction projects, coordinating crews, clients, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or 5+ years experience; English (required); valid driver's license. In-person at the Napa office with occasional site visits to Napa/Sonoma/Marin counties; Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Residential/landscape construction project management experience: 3-5 years.
• Literate in blueprints, scope of work, and specifications docs.
• Microsoft Office suite; comfortable using Excel.
• Time management; multi-project workload.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in landscaping; include cover letter if no experience.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with crews, homeowners, general contractors, landscape architects, and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotes and purchase materials.
• Schedule with subcontractors & construction crews.
• Track job costs vs estimated costs.
• Bi-monthly billing.
• Submit as-builts and project close-out.
