Job summary

EarthTones Design Inc in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead landscape projects from planning through close-out. You will work closely with the Project Manager to direct daily field operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will supervise Foremen, Laborers, and Subcontractors, develop short- and long-term schedules, and coordinate deliveries to maintain workflow. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction.
• Experience leading employees on job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Valid Driver’s License; irrigation license preferred.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations with the Project Manager.
• Lead crews, manage productivity, and ensure safety.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate manpower/equipment.
• Communicate with trades to resolve conflicts and sequencing.
• Document incidents, time entries, and changes as needed.
