Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor progress and implement solutions to maintain schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality and adherence to specs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on plans, schedules, materials.
• Maintain detailed site documentation and reports.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for subcontractors and staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report site status regularly.
• Manage site logistics including deliveries and equipment allocation.
