Earthtones Companies is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver for our San Antonio, TX location. Lead a landscaping crew, operate company vehicles, and ensure high-quality, safe, efficient, and on-schedule work.

Hands-on landscaping experience and leadership are essential for success. You\'ll supervise daily tasks, maintain equipment, uphold safety standards, and communicate project needs to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to tow trailers and operate landscaping equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites.
• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job locations safely.
• Perform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and debris cleanup.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Assign tasks to crew members and provide on-the-job training.
• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and material needs.
• Complete daily job reports and time tracking as required.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times.
