Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale residential landscape projects from concept to completion in the Rocky Mountain region.

You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction crews to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals while mentoring junior staff and driving safety and efficiency across diverse outdoor living builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of project management in landscape/construction.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation to completion.
• Ensure client satisfaction, budget adherence, scheduling, and quality goals.
• Manage job-site safety programs and field coordination.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Lead budgets, scheduling, crews, and subcontractor management.
• Mentor Assistant PMs, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew Leaders.
