Job summary

Mariani Landscape in Wisconsin seeks a Project Manager to guide design-build landscape projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee scope, budgets, subcontractors, and scheduling while coordinating with design teams, field operations, and clients to deliver on time and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of landscape terminology and installation techniques, strong communication, and the ability to lead others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in project management, landscape architecture, design, or construction.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, applicable construction materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with external clients and associates.
• Ability to lead and direct others and work effectively in a team.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred; industry certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review scope, estimates, budgets, subcontractor bids, and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with construction team and designers.
• Coordinate permits, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Prepare and manage change orders and logs; review pay requests.
• Monitor costs, financial performance, and profitability; report to Design Director.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate design changes as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, design team, field operations, and internal departments.
