Job summary

Mariani Premier Group's Mariani Landscape division is hiring a Project Director to lead design development, construction documents, estimates, and client presentations. You will mentor landscape designers and coordinate with design, sales, and clients to advance complex projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, a Landscape Architecture certification preferred, and roughly a decade of landscape design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture.
• Landscape Architecture certification recommended.
• 10 years of experience as a Landscape Designer.
• Exemplary knowledge of landscape materials and design coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ASPIRE.
• Familiarity with site engineering and surveying.

Responsibilities

• Produce landscape designs with sketches, elevations, and rendered plans.
• Supervise Designers and Interns, review their work.
• Create designs within budget and on time.
• Prepare site analyses, drawings, estimates, and proposals.
• Communicate project status with Directors and staff.
• Maintain design standards and AutoCAD practices.
• Develop grading and drainage plans per site engineering.
• Collect site data with survey equipment and ensure accuracy.
• Provide construction drawings and bid documents to subs.
• Obtain pricing from subcontractors and bids.
• Lead design reviews and push creative solutions.
