Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect, or the ability to obtain it.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including leadership and project management.
• Strong design sense and technical skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide the vision and growth of the landscape architecture team.
• Oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality.
• Mentor and support the development of staff.
