Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Charleston is seeking a Landscape Architect – Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal designers.

You will manage schedules, budgets, staff, review drawings, and guide junior team members while growing the studio. A degree in landscape architecture and 10+ years of PM experience are required; licensure preferred. CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in landscape architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience with a strong background in project management.
• Landscape architecture licensure is preferred, or you are able to obtain it.
• Strong skills in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and technical tools.
• Clear communication, steady leadership, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
• Be the main point of contact with clients.
• Coordinate with internal designers and outside consultants to keep projects running smoothly.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
• Review drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support and guide junior team members when needed.
• Take part in proposals and presentations as the studio continues to grow.
