Qualifications

• Active Professional Landscape Architect license.

• Experience managing projects and balancing multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of entitlements, grading, drainage, and site planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects from early planning and concept design through documentation and construction administration.
• Keep projects on track with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects.
• Prepare and review design concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Provide design leadership with a practical understanding of land development and construction.
