Job summary

You will collaborate with planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to deliver innovative design solutions.

You hold a degree in landscape architecture, PLA/RLA registration, and proven experience managing complex projects and business development.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's)
PLA or RLA registration is required
Strong client management and business development experience
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Experience managing projects from concept through construction
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience mentoring and developing design professionals
Proficiency with industry standard landscape architecture software

Responsibilities

Lead complex landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
Drive business development and support new project pursuits
Manage project teams and oversee project delivery
Mentor landscape architects, designers, and emerging professionals
Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, and environmental specialists
Participate in strategic planning and office growth initiatives
Present design concepts and project strategies to clients and stakeholders
Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
Support growth of the landscape architecture practice
