Job summary

ERM seeks a Managing Consultant, Landscape Architecture to lead landscape design on high-visibility infrastructure projects across North America. You will influence siting and permitting decisions, ensure technical integrity, and work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmentally responsible solutions.

This role requires licensure, a BA/BS in landscape architecture, 5–10 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Registered Landscape Architect.
• BA/BS in Landscape Architecture or related field; 5–10 years of experience.
• Portfolio accessible online (digital portfolio).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven success managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Driver's license required; occasional travel.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
• Produce and review VIAs and related technical deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards as task or project manager.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative project environment.
• Conduct site visits and maintain direct client communication.
