Job summary
Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a Managing Consultant, Landscape Architecture to lead landscape design on major infrastructure projects across North America. You will guide siting, permitting, and technical integrity within multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements include a BA/BS in Landscape Architecture or related field with 5–10 years of experience, licensure as a Registered Landscape Architect, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Landscape Architecture or related field; 5–10 years experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software.
- Valid licensure as a Registered Landscape Architect; portfolio available.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental impact assessments, land planning, facility siting, and permitting for large-scale projects.
- Produce and review Visual Impact Assessments (VIAs) and related deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor staff and manage budgets, timelines, and quality.
