Civil Science, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Land Development team in Utah. You will drive projects from concept through construction, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while growing the firm’s presence in the region.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and 5–10+ years of land development experience, with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer (PE)
• 5–10+ years of land development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance
• Perform and review civil design using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts
