Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site/civil land development.
• Strong background in grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects.
• Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion & sediment control.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.
