Ilocatum in Colorado Springs is seeking a seasoned Client Manager – Land Development (PE) to own projects from pursuit to closeout, build client relationships, and lead business development.

The role requires 10+ years of civil engineering, a Colorado PE license, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with strong experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and invoicing. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• Experience managing client relationships across full project lifecycle.
• Experience preparing engineering proposals including scope and fee development.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, change orders and AR.
• Business development experience in pursuing new clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public and private clients, industry partners, and vendors.
• Support client retention by ensuring satisfaction and identifying future opportunities.
• Represent the Land Development group in marketing, planning, and business development discussions.
• Prepare engineering proposals including scope, fee, subconsultant coordination, schedules, and contracts.
• Mentor mid- to senior-level staff and stay updated on industry trends.
