Our Client in San Diego, CA seeks a Civil Project Engineer Manager to lead land development projects and manage engineering teams. The role focuses on design through construction, client liaison, and regulatory coordination in a collaborative office setting.

Ideal candidates will have a PE license, 5+ years of civil engineering experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency. On-site work in San Diego is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license mandatory.
• 5+ years civil engineering experience required.
• 3+ years leadership/project management experience.
• Experience in land development/site design required.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, client relationships.
• Provide technical direction to project teams and ensure design quality.
• Ensure compliance with California codes and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with regulators and clients for project approvals and delivery.
