Bohler's Philadelphia office is seeking a Project Manager who excels in collaboration and leadership to oversee complex land development projects from concept to completion in Philadelphia and South Jersey.

The role emphasizes client relationships, design quality, and financial performance, with responsibilities spanning design, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and presenting at hearings; PE preferred and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software; PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
