Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years in biotech, diagnostics, pharma, or regulated manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership including training/coordinating technical personnel.
• Experience with reagent formulation, liquid handling, and assay workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Assign work and adjust resources to support production priorities.
• Provide technical leadership to manufacturing technicians on assay operations.
