Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection at the Grand Canyon South Rim is hiring a Food Expeditor. In addition to Cook duties, you will organize orders for delivery to current specifications and direct the expo workflow to ensure timely, high-quality plate presentations.

This full-time role requires coordinating with FOH/BOH, coaching staff, and upholding ServeSafe HACCP standards. It shapes a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment with park-life benefits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of all kitchen stations and equipment.
• Experience in high-volume ala carte or batch production.
• Ability to follow written and oral menu directions.
• Pass ServSafe HACCP food sanitation course.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Organize food orders per server ticket, ensure proper portions and presentation.
• Adhere to HACCP standards during all food delivery phases.
• Develop menu knowledge, allergens, and item specifications.
• Maintain safe use of knives and equipment.
• Set up/break down prep areas per kitchen standards.
• Train FOH staff on expo prep and garnishing.
