Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations across sites from Ketchikan to the North Slope of Alaska. You will lead cooks, wait staff and dishwashers, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a strong focus on customer service, and solid food safety knowledge. This position is based in Alaska, with responsibilities across multiple locations and routine staff

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food handler card or ServSafe certification required.
• Two years of food service supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of proper food service sanitation methods and equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
• Maintain and improve customer service programs.
• Open and close the café properly.
• Oversee the kitchen staff and related responsibilities.
• Promote teamwork and associate morale.
• Interview and hire job applicants; train new associates.
• Place orders as needed and monitor food production levels.
• Handle guest problems professionally and follow emergency procedures.
• Act as the Person in Charge when needed and ensure guidelines are followed.
