Job summary

Morrissey Hospitality is seeking an diligent restaurant support staffer responsible for the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and outlet areas, storerooms and equipment. You will inspect, verify and receive inventory, transport goods between storage and work areas, and assist during catering functions and dish room duties.

• Leads and directs dish staff to ensure smooth operations, including setup, service and clean up.
• Sets up catering serving and clearing stations.
• Maintains cleanliness of break rooms and locker rooms and cleans as needed.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators; prepares area for next shift; handles trash and recycling.
• Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash areas; sweeps and mops floors.
• Performs all duties on applicable position checklists and other duties as assigned.
• Deep cleans the kitchen, equipment, break room, locker rooms, and concessions areas for the next day’s use.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of warehouse, storerooms, coolers, liquor rooms, beer coolers and freezers.
