• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas following safe lifting standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates large electric machines (dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, glass crushers).
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas with safe lifting.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Assists with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks as requested.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Complies with all sanitation and safety requirements.
