Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary or kitchen management experience in high-volume foodservice.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, presentation, production efficiency, and food cost controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with professionalism and strong kitchen leadership.
• Oversee kitchen production and service according to established guidelines.
• Develop, coach, and support kitchen team members.
• Ensure adherence to recipe, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Establish cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and spaces.
