Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary or kitchen management experience in a high-volume operation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food, quality standards, and cost controls.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and service according to established guidelines.
• Adhere to recipe, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, up to 25 team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
