Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff leadership and quality checks.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.

• Ensure recipes and presentations meet Bonefish's standards.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
