Bonefish Grill is seeking an Assistant Culinary Manager to support back‑of‑house operations. You will help maintain kitchen standards, coach team members, and assist Culinary Managers to run efficient shifts with a focus on timely, high‑quality food preparation.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer in any back‑of‑house functions.
• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high restaurant kitchen standards and daily quality.
• Assist in set ups for opening crew in the kitchen.
• Check schedule for incoming team members and ensure smooth staffing.
• Coach on security procedures and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Review daily sanitation checklists and conduct checks.
• Work the flow and timeliness of tickets to ensure quality cook times.
