Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center.
• Assist Director of Business Operations in creating a catering menu to present to potential clients/customers.
• Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Train part‑time staff as needed.
• Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health/safety to handling complaints and queries.
• Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Expect to work alongside and assist current staff in high demand shifts.
