Job summary

Iron Peak Sports & Events, LLC in Hillsborough, NJ seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, safety and efficiency, and support cost control and inventory management.

You will lead a culinary team, coordinate food preparation and service, train staff, and work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven leadership and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and cost controls in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certifications a plus.
