Job summary

Atrium in New York, NY is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support daily store operations and drive sales while leading on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop client relationships. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; eligible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in an elevated contemporary or premium fashion environment.
• Previous leadership roles such as Key Holder or Retail Lead.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage keys/alarms, and cash handling.
• Act as manager on duty and support the Store Manager.
• Lead in sales and clienteling to drive performance.
• Grow sales through proactive selling and team motivation.
• Build a personal client book and conduct personalized outreach.
• Provide styling recommendations and assist with visual merchandising.
• Support stock replenishment and floor changes.
• Maintain a clean, compliant sales floor and assist Loss Prevention.
