The role emphasizes mentorship of the sales team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards in a contemporary luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of luxury retail experience, strong clienteling skills, and a track record in leadership or keyholder roles, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury, contemporary, premium, or fashion-focused retail sales experience.
• Previous supervisory, keyholder, or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain a high-value client base.
• Experience coaching, motivating, or developing retail team members.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including Sales Volume, UPT, ATV, Client Acquisition and Client Retention.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience through styling, product expertise, and relationship building.
• Support and motivate the sales team in achieving daily to annual sales objectives.
• Coach associates on selling techniques, clienteling strategies, and service standards.
• Build and maintain a strong local and international client book, developing long-term relationships.
