Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Luxury Retail Keyholder for the 5th Avenue store in New York. You will deliver exceptional customer service, lead on the selling floor, and assist management in achieving sales goals while opening/closing routines and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in a Keyholder position in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Keyholder experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Able to stand 5–8 hours daily and work weekends/holidays.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with good judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
• Reach and exceed your sales goals.
• Develop potential clients through outreach and networking.
• Maintain and grow existing clients with records of milestones and preferences.
• Provide superior after-sale service and build relationships.
• Open and close the store as needed.
