ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a Lead Keyholder for the Jersey Shore Factory Store in a full-time role. You will lead shifts, support daily operations, and drive customer-focused sales at a flagship retail location.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory, events, and community engagement, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must have 2–3 years of retail sales or keyholder experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to work 30+ hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35+ lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the team during shifts, including opening/closing, POS oversight, and shift changes.
• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, sales strategies, and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate products, and support events.
• Assist with supervising store operations, policy compliance, inventory replenishment, and prep.
• Build strong customer and internal relationships; mentor and develop staff.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staff development efforts.
• Contribute to store communications, including team updates and meetings.
